A quiet walk

The 1st January almost no one is at the street. Specially if it is cold, late and the following day you have to work.

Empty streets, perfect for a walk. I love that peace, being able to walk as you please, stopping wherever and looking at every detail of a street that you cross everyday, but this time, really looking at it.

Yesterday, I took my camera and wandered around the city until it become very cold, and I took many pictures of things that amazed me.

Here, you can find the top three. All of them, they have one thing in common: light, and how affects it's surroundings.

The lights reflecting on the glass, creating an endless labyrinth.

A single streetlight creates an eerie feeling, along with the purples of the sun set.
